What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, lesson interest, preferred format, and the message you write. If you enrol, we may also keep notes on markets you trade and scheduling preferences needed to deliver the lesson.
Technical logs from our hosting provider may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them via the cookie banner.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share details with service providers who host email or video calls, solely to deliver the service you requested. We may disclose information if required by Australian law.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active enrolment or legal obligation. You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold, subject to those obligations.
Access and correction
Email info@automationdigital.digital to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Overseas storage
Some email or hosting providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle information appropriately.
