Educational nature
Our lessons teach discretionary traders how to read volume profiles. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to place particular trades. Past practice results in workshops are not forecasts of market outcomes.

You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial information about our lessons. Do not scrape, mirror, or republish our materials without written permission. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or misuse enquiry forms.
Enquiries and enrolment
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We reply with availability, fees, and preparation notes. A place is confirmed only when both sides agree in writing (email is sufficient) and any requested deposit terms are met offline. This site does not process payments.
Rates
Prices shown on the Rates page are informational. Confirmed fees for a specific cohort may differ and will be stated in our reply.
Intellectual property
Workshop checklists, drill sheets, and site copy belong to Automation Digital. Participants may keep materials for personal study. Redistribution or teaching from our materials for a fee requires a separate licence.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses arising from decisions you make after attending a lesson. Our responsibility for website content is limited to correcting material inaccuracies when notified.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
