Refund and cancellation policy

Workshops

Cancel fourteen or more days before Day 1 and we refund the fee paid, minus any non-recoverable room or materials cost we disclose at booking (if any). Cancel between thirteen and seven days before Day 1 and you may transfer to the next published cohort once, or receive a fifty percent refund. Cancel fewer than seven days before Day 1 and the fee is forfeited unless we fill your seat from the waitlist, in which case we refund the fee paid.

Session Profile Clinics

Clinic seats may be cancelled up to forty-eight hours before the start for a full refund of that clinic fee. Later cancellations are non-refundable; we will try to offer a seat at the following clinic if space exists.

Fixed-Range Mentoring

The four-session block may be cancelled before the first session for a full refund. After the first session, unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the completed session at the block’s implied per-session rate. Missed sessions without twenty-four hours’ notice are treated as used.

Our cancellations

If we cancel a lesson, you may transfer to a new date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled portion. We are not responsible for travel costs you arrange independently.

How to request a refund

Email info@automationdigital.digital with your name, lesson, and confirmed date. We respond within five business days. Refunds are returned by the same payment method used offline where possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
